Since dropping satellite radio this summer, been doing some more local radio station listening. That being said, I don’t know what niche 105.7 (“The X”) fills – I guess maybe it’s simply a *rock* station, free of pigeonholing genres or time periods (a quick glance as I post this shows “That’s the Way” by Led Zeppelin is currently playing).

On Monday night, The X is presenting a $5 show at The Basement featuring cosmic rock Brooklyn band Dreamers along with local openers Playing to Vapors and Go Analog. Doors are at 7 and it’s an all-ages show. With a legit alt-rock radio hit (“Wolves”) and plenty of great press, Dreamers found themselves sharing stages with acts like The 1975, Stone Temple Pilots, The Vaccines and Walk the Moon.

Dreamers took some time to chat with Kids Interview Bands in October 2014 prior to a show at Brothers Drake Meadery. (Note: Chris from Dreamers has recently left the band)
