JD McPherson came out of nowhere a few years ago with his ’50s rockabilly sound. Getting a later start in music than many (JD’s in his late-30s), McPherson’s music has universal appeal as evidenced by his sold out show at Woodlands Tavern in 2012 where he played in front of an audience that spanned multiple generations.
McPherson released his sophomore album, Let the Good Times Roll, earlier this year and will be performing in Columbus for the first time since 2012 at Park Street Saloon on July 26. Tickets are $18 and I guarantee this will sell out so don’t wait until the last minute to pick one up.
