David from Elizabeth’s Records:

Alice Cooper – School’s Out (WB 1972) “There’s something about the last weeks of May or early June that makes us expect to hear the triumphant roar of one of rocks best riffs and the Pre-Punk snarl of school-hood buddies in their 20s who are glad as heck to be past it all! Past the title track, the album is a sort of conceptual rumination on school, from the “all behind us” regret of “Alma Mater” to the truly menacing Drama Club revisited of “Gutter Cat VS. the Jets,” ‘School’s Out’ is playing now because Elizabeth has finished the First Grade!!!”

8.00 VG+ (late 70’s pressing)
